| Abstract: | Due to the controversial understanding of some items in the present criterions of "The Degree of Light Body Injuries (proposed)"and "The Degree of Severe Body Injuries", many injuries have been evaluated or identified incorrectly. In order to resolve this problem the authors proposed some principles concerning the application of the criterions in practice, such as the appropriate time and methods for injury evaluation,and the correct understanding of some items in the criterions. |
