| 摘 要： | 治安灾害事故是行为人由于故意或过失行为,违反治安行政管理法规或其他有关规章制度,造成重大经济损失或人员伤亡的事故。其特征是主观过错性、行为违法性、后果严重性、危害社会性。事故处置的具体对策有:维护现场秩序;抢救伤员、物资;注意现场动态;开展事故调查;追究责任;做好善后工作。

| Abstract: | Disaster accident in public order is an accident, because of intentionally or faultily behavior ,violating administrative management law in the public order or other concerning regulations, resulting in the trouble that losing much money, death or injuring. Its characteristic contains subjective fault , illegal behavior, serious result and harming society. The concrete counter-measures are : defending the sport order, rescuing wounded members, supplies, noticing the sport development, developing investigation of accident , finding out who was responsible for working rehabilitated well. |
