| Abstract: | In the context of the global financial crisis,people has begun to pay more and more attention to the interests of the medium and small investors in the stock market.This paper introduces the establishment of the Securities Investor Protection Fund designed to protect the interests of the medium and small investors,analyzes and discusses the existing problems in China's Securities Investor Protection Fund,and then puts forward some suggestions to further improve it. |
