公安部2007年曾表示,保安已经成为协助维护社会治安的重要力量。当前保安从业人员普遍存在素质偏低的问题,难以满足社会各界日益增长的安全服务需求。保安员培训是保安服务业的一个重要组成部分,如今面临着岗前资格培训不落实、培训机构设置不合理、培训内容不合规定等诸多问题,影响了保安服务业的可持续发展。因此,加强和改进保安员培训工作,提高整体素质任重而道远。

The ministry of public security said in 2007 that the security has become the impartment force to assist the society safety.At present,the security occupation appears the problem that they’re lack of education with low quality,and it is difficult to meet the need of the growing safety service of many areas.The security training is an important part of such kind of occupation,but now it faces the setbacks of the insufficient qualification training,the fallacious training institution settlement and illegal training content,all those problems affects the sustainable development of the security service.As result,to strengthen and improve the training work.To improve the overall quality level is a long way to go,and we have a lot to do.
