| Abstract: | According to the commitment on trade in services of China and the new regulations promulgated and implemented after China's WTO accession, this paper talks about the opening degree, the main departments of services and the relevant legislations in a certain period after WTO accession. The paper also brings out some measures and tactics so as to perfect China's international trade law in services on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the opening market. |
