| 摘 要： | 工会领导者在履行职责过程中,面对工会工作复杂局面,不仅要掌握工会工作方法,还必须掌握相应的领导艺术,以达到事半功倍的突出效果。工会领导艺术具有创造性、灵活性、适度性、随机性、说服性等特点,认识和掌握这些特点,可以使工会领导者在工作实践中,不断提高其领导水平,更好地实现工会领导目标。

| Abstract: | During the process of carrying out duties, leaders of trade unions should grasp not only methods of trade union work but also some related arts of leadership in order to get twice the result with half the effort when facing with the complex situation of trade union work. The art of leadership in trade unions has many characteristics of being creative, flexible, appropriate, random and persuasive. Realizing and grasping those charters will make leaders of trade unions continuously increase their arts of leadership and better realize the leading objects in their practical work. |
