| Abstract: | The State Council has made the decision that the listed companies no longer reduce and hold the state - owned shares by way of the securities markets, this measure has aroused the strong echoes, and at one occasion, the prevailing proposition and the way of doing for reducing and holding the state - own shares has aroused the unrest of the stock markets dissatisfaction of the stock masses. This kind of phenomenon should cause our deep thinking. |
