论对工会的保护

各级工会为改革开放和经济发展做出了巨大贡献,随着市场经济体制的逐步建立,工会又被赋予了更加重要的使命.然而不公正地对待工会的行为和事件时有发生,加强对工会的保护刻不容缓.通过对工会组织、工会干部、工会财物的保护,为工会创造一个适宜的工作环境,这不仅是工会的事,而且也关系到劳动者权益的维护,劳动关系的协调,乃至社会的稳定.

Discussion on the Protection toward Trade Unions

Trade unions at different levels have made great contributions for the reform and open policy and for the economy development in our country. With the building of the market-oriented economy, more important tasks are entrusted to trade unions. At the moment, We should strengthen our protection toward trade unions, trade union cadres, and trade union property; create favourable trade union working conditions, which is of importance to the protection of labors' rights and interests to the coordination of labor relations and also to the stability of our society.
