| Abstract: | This paper makes a brief review on most of the papers and works published in China in the field of maritime law in 2005. Six parts are arranged in the order as follows: real right of ships and crew, the law of carriage of goods by sea, admiralty law, maritime insurance law, maritime litigation and arbitration and other hot topics. In addition, the paper summarizes the current situation of China's maritime law research and prospects its development in the future. |
