| 摘 要： | 近年来,公安民警执法规范化问题日益引起全社会的关注,如何确保警察执法过程的规范,维护法律的权威性和神圣性,已成为当前公安执法工作亟待解决的一个重要课题。通过对公安民警执法规范化产生的问题的原因分析,阐述了执法规范化的重要性,并在此基础上探究了如何解决民警执法规范化问题的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the issue of standardization of police enforcement has drawn growing .concern of the whole society. How to ensure the standardization of police enforcement process and maintain the authority and sanctity of the law has become an important subject of public security law enforcement. Through the analysis of the causes of standardization issues in police enforcement, the author explained the importance of standardization of law enforcement, and on this basis to explore the to solve the problems of standardization of police enforcement. |
