论涉警突发事件中警察应对媒体的方法和建议

新媒体的出现和广泛应用颠覆了传统的信息传播模式,在面对公共事件特别是涉警突发事件时,公安机关及人民警察应该努力做到转变思维,创新工作方式和方法,从传统的应对模式转变到积极主动面对媒体、有效引导舆论、树立和维护警方的整体形象上来。本文概括性的说明了新时期媒体的发展现状、特点和趋势,强调了涉警突发事件中公安机关及人民警察积极应对媒体的重要意义,同时重点指出了警察应对媒体的建设性建议和方法。

On the methods and recommendations to deal with the media in police-involved emergencies

The emergence and widespread use of new media have subverted the traditional mode of information dissemination. When facing the public events especially the police-involved emergencies, the public security organs and people＇s police should strive to change the thinking, innovative ways and methods of working, shift from the traditional mode to proactively respond to the media, effectively guide the public opinion, establish and maintain the overall image of the police. This paper generally described the development status, characteristics and trends of the media of the new era, emphasized the importance that the public security organs and the people＇s police actively respond to the media in police-involved emergencies, and at the same time highlighted the constructive suggestions and methods for the police to deal with the media.
