| 摘 要： | 优良学风建设是高校人才培养质量的保证,对学生的发展成长起决定性作用.班主任是班级学生的教育者、活动的组织者和参与者,身兼“任课教师”与“班导师”两个角色,在学风建设中有独特的优势.班主任应当充分重视学风建设的作用,发挥自身优势,抓住关键节点,将思想教育与专业教育结合起来,利用自身资源塑造学术氛围,推动学风建设的内涵式发展.

| Abstract: | The fine school tradition construction is the guarantee of university personnel training quality, and play a decisive role in the development of students. The teacher in charge is the educator, organizer and participant of one class of students. With both ＂teacher＂ and ＂teacher in charge＂ two characters, the teacher in charge is of a unique advantage in the construction of study style. He should pay attention to the role of study style construction, combine ideological education and professional education, and promote the construction of study style of connotative development. |
