| 摘 要： | 司法鉴定是实现司法公正的重要环节。但由于现行司法鉴定制度的不完善,导致当事人的权利得不到充分的保障。为此有必要通过制度改革,建立更加科学合理的鉴定体制,保障当事人对鉴定活动的监督权、知情权和参与权等一系列权利的实现。

| Abstract: | Judicial identification is the key link to realize the judicial justice. But the current imperfect system of judicial identification result in the rights of litigants can' t be ensured .so we must reform the system and build a more scientific system of judicial identification to guarantee the litigants' rights .These rights include the authority to supervise ,the right to have inside information ,the right to take part in and so on. |
