| 摘 要： | 三十多年来，生产力标准随着我国改革开放实践的逐步深入而不断变迁，从改革初期简单的“猫论”，到改革进程中的“三个有利于”，再到今天系统化的科学发展观，生产力标准在变迁中不断完善并趋于成熟。
