| 摘 要： | 邪教与宗教非法活动界定的问题 ,既是现实理论问题 ,又是困扰基层办案单位的症结问题。在打击邪教 ,制止宗教非法活动的实践中 ,必须明确什么是邪教 ,什么是宗教非法活动 ,准确把握邪教的特征和宗教非法活动的表现形式 ,弄清邪教与宗教非法活动二者之间的区别与联系。只有这样 ,才能做到正确界定邪教与宗教非法活动 ,准确执法

| Abstract: | It's a practical theoretical problem and also a crux annoying the case-handling basic units to differ evil doctrines from illegal religious activities. In the practice of cracking down evil doctrines and deterring illegal religious activities, we must definitude what the evil doctrine is and what the illegal religious activity is, grasp well the characteristics of the evil doctrine and the manifesting form of illegal religious activity, differentiate the distinction and relation between evil doctrines and illegal religious activities. Only by doing so, can we differentiate evil doctrines and illegal religious activities, and correctly enforce the law. |
