Chen Yi and Jiang Jie-shi had many telegram and letters contacts in the course of the February 28th Incident of Taiwan in 1947. On the basis of these telegrams, this article analyses their way how they had dealt with the February 28th Incident and the aftermath, and their attitude similarities and differences by managing some problems.
