| 摘 要： | 随着各种突发性公共事件的频繁发生,突发性公共事件管理已经成为各级政府的最重要管理职能之一。目前地方政府突发性公共事件应急管理中存在着一些问题,积极探索和构建其应急机制非常必要。我们应以新公共管理论为视角,确立构建地方政府突发性公共事件应急机制的可行性对策。

| Abstract: | Along with the happening of the various abrupt public affairs, the abrupt public affairs management has already become one of the most important management function of the all local government. At present the local government have some problems in the management of the abrupt public affairs, it is necessary to know and construct the emergency mechanism. We should put forward the countermeasure and suggestion for the local government to construct the emergency mechanism of abrupt public affair with the view of the new public management theory. |
