| 摘 要： | 环境刑法是各国保护环境的重要手段之一,其威慑力和强制力有力地促进了环境保护事业的发展。然而各国环境刑法的保护法益并不相同,各主要大陆法系国家环境刑法规范的保护法益确定都有其各自的社会背景,对此进行比较分析有利于科学合理地确定我国环境刑法的法益保护目标。
