| 摘 要： | 公安派出所职能的科学定位是派出所规范化建设的核心.建国以来,随着公安工作改革进程不断深入,我国公安派出所职能定位经历了几次较大的变化.综观公安派出所的职能演变,将公安派出所的职能定位为发现、控制、维护、处置和服务,更符合公安派出所的性质,且能体现"战斗实体"的动态特点.我国加入WTO后更应从务实可行角度合理定位公安派出所职能.

| Abstract: | To determine the function of police substation is the core for the development of police substation. The function of police substation has experienced several great changes since the building of Republic of China. The 20th National Public Security Conference calls for a further determination to the function of the public security organization. According to the function evolvement of police substation, it is more suitable to determine the function of police substation as: to detect, to control, to maintain, to adjust and serve. We should determine the function of police substation with reason and concrete matters relating to work after entering into WTO. |
