公安工作应对新型经济犯罪的对策

新型经济犯罪主要有工具新型、领域新型、对象新型和主体新型几种类型,这类犯罪具有相当的社会危害性,公安机关在应对时应当树立"稳定第一"的指导思想,坚持"打防结合,以防为主";树立创新意识,在查处新型经济犯罪的工作中努力探索新思路、新途径、新机制;建立高素质的公安经侦队伍,适应打击新型经济犯罪的需要;强化经侦基础业务建设,增大科技含量,为打击新型经济犯罪提供强有力的支持。

Countermeasures of Public Security Work against New Type of Economic Crime

New type of economic crime, mainly taking the form of new tools, new fields, new objects and new subjects, is of great social danger. Public security organs should take "stability first" as guidance and stick to "combine striking with preventing, preventing first".
