Enlightenment of Socialist Countries' Reform and Opening Up

In the late eighties of twentieth century,facing the new international and domestic situation,socialist countries launched a wave of reform.However,two different results appeared under the same banner of reform.On the one hand,the Soviet Union and the Eastern Europe socialist countries,even the banner of socialism was gone.On the other hand,China,Vietnam,Laos,Cuba and North Korea＇s reform and opening up achieved a major breakthrough in the socialist theory and practice,which provided valuable experience and enlightenment for the development of the contemporary world socialist movement.To summarize these experiences and enlightenments is of great importance for promoting the steady and rapid development of socialism.
