| 摘 要： | 我国公共行政道德建设仍有许多不足,原因在于正确的公共行政道德观念尚未健全,行政监督制约机制和法律法规不够健全,公共行政道德规范尚不明确,公共行政道德教育薄弱等。网络舆论具有监督、道德观念重塑和道德教育等功能,能对公共行政道德建设起重要的作用。应该加快网络政务公开的步伐,充分发挥网络监督功能;将网络成为道德教育基地,让网络舆论成为道德教育的利器;收集网络舆论,尽快制定完善的公共行政道德规范体系。
