颅顶慢反应在听力障碍者行为听阈评估中的应用

摘    要:目的通过比较听力障碍者的颅顶慢反应(slow vertex response,SVR)阈值与纯音测听(pure toneaudiometry,PTA)阈值的关系,探讨SVR检测技术在法医学听觉功能障碍鉴定中的应用价值。方法对25名感音神经性听力障碍者(40耳)分别进行PTA及SVR测试,根据PTA阈值分成轻度、中度及重度听力障碍组,然后用秩和检验对各组的SVR阈值及PTA阈值比较,并对SVR阈值与PTA阈值进行相关分析,拟出根据受试者SVR阈值推导受试者行为听阈的线性回归方程。结果在各个检测频率,SVR阈值与PTA阈值均高度相关。并可拟出一元线性回归方程,其相关系数(r)在0.5、1、2和4kHz分别为0.971、0.976、0.957和0.928(P〈0.05)。回代检验结果表明,应用一元线性回归方程评估听力有望成为一个简单可行的方法。结论根据建立的应用SVR阈值推断行为听阈的线性回归方程可以较准确地评估受试者的行为听阈。
