| 摘 要： | 搞好创造性思维能力的开发,管理者在思维活动中必须考虑事物的多元素和多层次,考虑事物的全方位联系,要突破定时的影响,注意向宏观的延伸与向微观的收缩。现代管理者只有紧密联系客观实际,努力掌握创造性思维的方法和艺术,积极开展创造性思维活动,才能使新发明、新产品和新理论诞生。

| Abstract: | To develop creative ideation better, the administrators have to think over the various elements levels and the omni-directional relations of things in thinking activities.Only when the modern administrators keep contact with objectivity and reality closely, work hard in mastering the method and the art of creative thinking and launch creative thinking activities, will new inventions, new products and new theories come into being. |
