The Legislative Problems about Parallel Imports of Trademark Goods In EU

"Parallel imports of trademark goods" are always one of the hot issues discussed in the field of intellectual property law all over the world.The legislation and practice of this subject in EU have lots of reference value to our Chinese legislation on the same problem.In EU law the parallel imports of trademark goods is admitted only in the scope of EU,however,once it is out of this scope,the legitimacy is doubtable and controversial.In this article,the writer analyzes several typical cases and tries to disclose the attitude of the EU legislator on this issue and find some new orientation of legislation.
