网络文化是一种新的文化形态,具有集声音、图像、文字于一体的优势和高效新奇的特点。网络文化对青少年的不良影响主要表现为扭曲青少年的价值观,弱化青少年的道德意识,降低控制青少年犯罪的能力。为了降低网络文化对青少年的不良影响,应当引导青少年树立正确的网络使用意识,加强青少年的思想道德和法制教育,加强对互联网的监管力度,并且加强对网吧的管理。
