| 摘 要： | 《北京市劳动合同规定》实施以来,西城区的劳动合同制度基本建立,但在劳动合同制度实施过程中也存在着一些问题。必须进一步提高对劳动合同重要性的认识,加大实施劳动合同制度宣传力度,加强劳动合同的管理和监督力度,尽快出台《劳动合同法》及其密切相关的法律法规,社会各方要密切配合,合力推进。

| Abstract: | Following the implementation of the Beijing Regulation of Labor Contract,the rules and regulations of labor contract have been established in Xicheng district.However,there are lots of problems in implementing the regulations of labor contract.To solve the problems,it is necessary to take the effective measures such as deepening the understanding to the labor contract,making a great deal of publicity and improving the management and supervision.Labor contract law and the relevant rules and regulations ought to be prescribed as soon as possible.Furthermore,it takes concerted action from all sides of society to promote the implementation of regulations of labor contract. |
