| 摘 要： | 市场经济是信用经济.当前我国正处于构建社会信用体系的起步阶段,信用缺失现象严重,对于社会信用加以刑法保护十分必要.而对侵犯社会信用行为进行刑法规制,必须厘清相关的基本概念.在刑法视角下讨论社会信用相关基本问题,以此为基础进行分析,认清对侵犯社会信用行为进行刑法规制过程中的困境,并寻求相应的解决路径,有助于完善社会信用体系,从而保障社会主义市场经济的顺利发展.
