Since our reform and the opening-up and the construction of socialist modernization belong to a kind of "political-driven post-modernization pattern",the key factor of which is the decisive role of political leadership,it cannot do without the ruling elite of the CPC with a clear awareness of modernized innovation.Since the reform and opening-up,the successful experience of China's modernization is not a general phenomenon among post modernized countries but a special one with its unique logic and path.
