| 摘 要： | 较旧律师法而言,新律师法在律师的执业权利方面有诸多突破,在一定程度上改善了律师的执业环境,但仍然存在如何保障法律所赋予的权利以优化律师执业环境等诸多问题。应从大处着眼,不断完善中国的律师制度,以加强对律师权利的保障和救济。

| Abstract: | Compared with the old Lawyer's Law,the Law of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers has lots of breakthrough in lawyer's right of working and improves lawyer's working environment to some extent.However,such problems as how to guarantee the lawyers' rights endowed by law so as to improve their working environment also exist.Therefore,we should take a view of general situation and unceasingly perfect our country's lawyer system for the sake of strengthening the guarantee and relief for lawyer's rights. |
