| 摘 要： | 告知义务是我国保险法中的重要制度之一，当前，我国保险法中关于告知义务的规定还存在一些立法缺陷，主要体现在告知义务的主体、履行时间、履行方式、构成要件的主观标准等方面，完善我国保险法中关于告知义务的规定，必须从这几方面进行探讨。
