| 摘 要： | 基于工作特点，刑事警察所承担的来自工作、社会、自身发展等方面的压力更多。刑事警察的职业倦怠是由于其不能有效地处理工作压力而产生的心理方面的厌倦状态，严重影响其生理和心理健康，也极大地影响其工作积极性。

| Abstract: | Criminal police,in comparison with others,usually undertake more pressure arising from the society,work and self-development and so on.Criminal police's career languor refers to the languorous psychology originated by the un-effective solution of work pressure,which will severely influence their physical and psychological health as well as their enthusiasm for work.In view of the problem,the writer thus made an analysis and put forward some adjustment strategies. |
