| 摘 要： | 广西音像市场起步较晚 ,市场发育尚不成熟 ,盗版、非法音像制品仍占市场的较大份额。如何培育和完善广西音像市场 ,打击非法走私、盗版音像制品 ,营造良好的市场环境 ,是文化市场管理者面临的一个重要问题。本文从当前广西音像市场的实际出发 ,对如何依法管理音像市场进行了分析探讨 ,提出了建立一个法制化、规范化、秩序化的音像市场的对策思路

| Abstract: | The audiovisual market in Guangxi started lately, and it is far on in time in developing. Piratic, illegal audio and video still occupy a larger portion of the market. How to cultivate and perfect Guangxi's audiovisual market, to take strong measures against illegal smuggling and piratic audio and video and to create a good market environment, is a serious problem facing the administrators of cultural market. This article starts from the reality of Guangxi's audiovisual market, analyses the administration of the audiovisual market according to law, and it proposes countermeasures of setting up an audiovisual market of legal system, standardization and orderization. |
