| 摘 要： | 司法考试中,刑法学的出题特点是司法考试整体出题特点的一个缩影,其对刑法学教学的影响也具有一定的代表性。司法考试促进了传统刑法学教学的改革,但其与传统刑法学教学也存在严重的冲突。刑法的教学者应当合理地寻求两者之间的切合点。
