| 摘 要： | 语言法是具有特殊性质的法律。语言法的价值追求包括效率与公平等内容,语言法的权利主体和义务主体的同一性往往为人们所忽视,语言法的实施是主要包括示范、管理和监督的依法行政的过程。对语言法的探讨主要是从法理层面的探讨。
