| 摘 要： | 协商民主是我国人民民主的重要形式。党的十八大报告首次确认了协商民主的概念,并对健全社会主义协商民主制度进行了规划和部署。落实好社会主义协商民主制度,需要进一步提高对这一制度重要性的认识,推进协商民主广泛、多层、制度化发展,充分发挥人民政协作为协商民主重要渠道的作用。

| Abstract: | Deliberative democracy is an important form of the people＇ s democracy of our country. The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC has confirmed the concept of deliberative democracy for the first time, and planned the perfecting of the socialist deliberative democracy system. To do well this work, we must further improve our cognition of the importance of this system, promote the institutionalized development of delib- erative democracy in a wide range in multiple layers, thus fully playing the function of the People＇ s Political Consultative Conference as an important channel of deliberative democracy. |
