| 摘 要： | 目前高职院校辅导员队伍建设与高等职业教育的迅猛发展不相适应。高职教育和高职学生的特殊性决定了高职院校辅导员建设的特殊性。在对全国部分高职院校、高职辅导员和高职学生以及高职学生实习企业调查发现,高职教育和高职学生的特殊性对高职辅导员队伍建设有特殊要求。在具体实践中,要从加强校企合作育人、提高辅导员素质、建立和完善工作机制等方面入手,加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The current construction of tutor group in higher vocational colleges cannot match the rapid development of education in higher vocational colleges due to the unique characteristics of education in higher vocational colleges as well as the students there. Therefore, there are special requirements in the construction of tutor group in higher vocational colleges and this thesis then puts forward some concrete measures to improve the work. |
