高校青年马克思主义者培养激励机制研究

高校是培养青年马克思主义者的摇篮和主要阵地，需要构建高校实施青年马克思主义者培养的激励机制，把大学生青年马克思主义者培养工作做实、做细、做长。在探析了高校青年马克思主义者培养激励机制的内涵和意义的基础上，着重对青年马克思主义者培养激励机制提出了合理的构建，即信息交流机制、原则双轨运行机制、激励效益评估机制和评估信息反馈机制的动态运行系统模式，激励青年学生群体的思想政治素质、政策理论水平、创新能力、实践能力和组织协调能力的提高，培养出合格的青年马克思主义者。

A Study on the Inspirational Mechanism of Cultivation of Young Marxists in Higher Educational Institutions

Higher Educational Institutions are the cradle and breeding ground for the cultivation of young Marxists. Therefore, it is a great need to construct the inspirational mechanism for cultivation of young Marxists among young Marxists in colleges and universities. This paper, after the exploration of the meaning and significance of constructing inspirational mechanism among college students, brings up the reasonable plan for the construction of this mechanism, which contains the mechanism of information exchange, the mechanism of operation of principles in double tracks, mechanism for evaluation of the effect of inspiration and the system model of dynamic operation of the evaluation of information feedback. In conclusion, the young college students have to improve their ideological and political quality, their understanding of policies and theories, their creativity, their practical ability and their ability of organization and coordination to become qualified young Marxists.
