| 摘 要： | 刑法修正案（八）对涉及刑罚执行法律规范的修改和完善,蕴涵着宽严相济刑事政策、行刑社会化以及刑罚个别化的立法精神。对刑罚执行内容的重度调整,必将给刑罚执行工作带来深刻影响,使我国的刑罚执行面临诸如非监禁刑的具体执行、监狱压力增大、新型罪犯的改造质量等一系列新的挑战。

| Abstract: | Criminal Law Amendment Ⅷ modified and perfected the legal norm referring to executing penalty.It contains the criminal policy of tempering justice with mercy,and the legislative spirit of socialization and individualization of execution of punishment system.Grand improvement its content will have great impact on work for the executing penalty.At the same time,it will face a series of new challenges such as executing non-confinement penalty,increasing prison pressure,reforming quality to new type of criminals and so on. |
