| 摘 要： | 党风问题是关系到执政党的生死存亡的大问题,党风问题直接关系到党的形象和战斗力。在改革开放、发展社会主义市场经济的新形势下,要大力加强和改进党风,防止和克服官僚主义、形式主义,加强领导干部作风建设,大兴调研之风,做好党风教育与党风检查工作,提高拒腐防变和抵御风险的能力。
