The Historical Course of the Gestation,Formation and Development of the Principle of the Two Never

Karl Marx pointed out in Preface to a Contribution to the Critique of Political Economy: No social order is ever destroyed before all the productive forces for which it is sufficient have been developed,and new superior relations of production never replace older ones before the material conditions for their existence have matured within the framework of the old society.This is so-called the principle of the Two Never.This paper analyzes systematically Marx’s and Engels’theory and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of this principle from the three stages of its gestation,its formation and its development.
