| Abstract: | The 17th Party Congress creatively proposes and systematically states the idea of socialist theory system with Chinese characteristics. Adhering to and developing the idea demand for the full recognition of its historical position, overall understanding of its scientific connotation, complete implementation of scientific development concept and full development of its guiding function. |
