| 摘 要： | 由于管理体制的制约,部分青少年学术期刊编辑队伍专业化、职业化程度不高,主体意识与竞争意识不强,期刊不同程度上存在趋同化、平庸化倾向,期刊发行市场化程度不高.以科学发展观为指导,整合资源、打造特色栏目、提高核心竞争力是青少年学术期刊突破发展"瓶颈",实现可持续发展的必要条件.
