建立和完善中国农业市场机制的对策思考

文章认为中国还未形成高效、合理的农业市场经济机制。针对中国如何建立农业市场机制问题 ,文章从四个方面提出了建议 :1 .进一步完善农业市场主体 ,理顺农业家庭经营与有关行政管理部门、集体经济组织、行业服务部门的关系 ,建设现代农业企业 ;2 .重构农村市场经济关系 ,建立新的农业经济运行机制 ,充分发挥市场机制的调节作用 ;3 .发展商品生产 ,推进农业产业化 ,完善农业生产内外部联系方式 ;4 .加强农村市场体系建设 ,改善农业市场环境

Thoughts on the Setting up and Improvement of Market Mechanism of Chinese Agriculture

In the writer's opinion,China has not yet set up its proper and efficient agricultural market mechanism,which should be established as per the following suggestions:1)To further strengthen the main body of the agricultural market and straighten out the relationship between household operation and the administration organization,collective economy organization and the service departments so as to establish agricultural modernized enterprises.2)To readjust the market economy relations and set up newoperating mechanism for the agricultural economy so as to bring the market mechanisminto full play.3)To promote commodities production and the industrialization of the agriculture,and improve the channel for the agricultural products to come into market.4)To strengthen the construction of the market systemin the rural areas and improve the environment for the agricultural market.
