| 摘 要： | 有组织犯罪在全球的广泛存在和严重危害现象 ,对于各国刑事司法领域带来新的挑战 ,犯罪的暴力和贿赂手段运行 ,给社会和国民造成深刻的影响。处于一体格局下的我国刑事实践逐渐受到这一冲击 ,剖析有组织犯罪的一般现状 ,比照国际刑事司法特色 ,我们应该在立法形式、司法实践和执法工作方面积极思考并清醒应对。
