| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会与法治建设密切相关。公安法治是法治的重要组成部分，在构建和谐社会中，具有十分重要的作用。构建和谐社会加强公安法治建设，主要表现在公安民警要树立法律至上的观念，确立权利本位的思想，要有效地制约警察权力，保障主权在民。
