| 摘 要： | 由于城市化进程的推进和城市框架的不断拉大,城市房屋拆迁已成为公众关注的焦点。拆迁房屋的补偿价格关系被拆迁人、拆迁人、政府的切身利益。本文就房屋拆迁估价的几个问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | With the impelling of urbanization process and promotion of urban frame,(building) clearance in urban areas,as a focal point,has already been paid close attention to by the public.The compensating prices of building clearance have lots of personal advantages among the Government and those who will relocate or be relocated.The article discusses some problems on cost estimation of building clearance in urban areas. |
