| 摘 要： | 刑事辩护制度改革是我国当前刑事诉讼制度改革的重点之一。提高刑事辩护质量的重要途径之一就是建立刑事辩护准入制度。我国目前已经具备建立律师刑事辩护准入制度的必要性和可行性。我们需要仔细分析影响刑事辩护质量不高的原因，同时考察域外相关刑事辩护准入制度的状况，结合我国的现实国情，分阶段分步骤地构建我国的刑事辩护准入制度。
