| 摘 要： | 道德建设,重在教育.搞好道德建设,首先领导重视,亲自动手;其次提高水平,注重效果;其三加强考核,促进落实.同时还要营造浓厚氛围.当前,要增强四种意识:家庭启蒙教育意识,社会教育的创新意识,舆论宣传的阵地意识,道德教育的表率意识.
