| 摘 要： | 本文从免疫接种异常反应的概念着手,针对发生概率极低的免疫接种异常反应带来的相关伤害,结合目前的法律、法规,探索相关赔偿问题的界定,认为此种伤害应当考虑民事与行政责任调节赔偿,使受害者的合法权益得到保障。
